Coronavirus/COVID-19 and the Space & Cybersecurity Symposium

With the most recent updates extending stay at home orders the planning committee has rescheduled Space & Cybersecurity Symposium to Friday, October 2, 2020.  In addition to this move the event planning committee is working to develop two keynote webinars to be scheduled over the summer that will address the themes of spacecraft and supply-chain security and workforce development. We look forward to welcoming everyone to San Luis Obispo for a safe and successful Symposium!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Cancellations made before September 2, 2020 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after September 2, 2020. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Space & Cybersecurity Symposium 2020 or its hosts decide to cancel or postpone this conference, Space & Cybersecurity Symposium or its hosts are not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the attendees. Discounts cannot be applied to current registrations.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be made up to September 2, 2020 for the confirmed registrants of Space & Cybersecurity Symposium 2020; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event.
